MemBrain is a graphical neural network editor and simulator. It features a variety of learning algorithms including Backpropagation, RPROP (Resilient Backpropagation), Cascade Correlation, and Trial & Error. This package also comes with a DLL file that allows you to incorporate neural networks in your applications.
